Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a core case management portfolio and drive AI-powered automation to simplify attorney workflows. You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-impact features and advance product-led growth, with hybrid in-office expectations for local hubs.

You will join a team focused on making legal services more accessible, requiring at least 6 years in SaaS/B2B product management and a background in legal practice or operations.

Qualifications

• A background as a practicing lawyer, paralegal, or in a legal operations role is a significant asset.
• At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
• Execution and Ownership: you are an outcomes-obsessed leader with a proven ability to make things happen, owning products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: you are a visionary who uses both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy, defining requirements and measuring impact.
• Collaboration: you are a natural collaborator who builds strong partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features that users love.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and machine learning concepts (Nice to Have).
• Prior experience selecting, implementing, or managing legal technology solutions within a legal environment (Nice to Have).
• Experience in a non-traditional legal role, such as legal ops, legal tech consulting, or in-house innovation (Nice to Have).

• Transform User Experiences: simplify legacy, form-heavy, multi-tab experiences into efficient workspaces.
• Drive AI-Powered Innovation: envision how AI-driven automation can simplify attorney workflows and create efficiency gains.
• Champion Product-Led Growth: lead onboarding and automation to make getting started and managing cases dramatically easier.
• Strategic & Data-Driven Execution: synthesize requirements and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: ship features end-to-end with Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
