Job summary

Litera, based in Toronto/Raleigh/Denver with a hybrid work model, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Firm Intelligence Platform vision and roadmap. You will partner with Engineering and cross-functional leaders to build an AI-first platform that scales across products and customers.

You’ll drive platform architecture decisions, work with law firm stakeholders on requirements, and shape go-to-market with Marketing and Sales.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
3+ years owning platform, data, or infrastructure products.
Experience building platform products and API/integration layers.
AI-first mindset for designing capabilities used by agents, people, and integrations.
Strong technical fluency with data modeling, APIs, cloud-native and security.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Firm Intelligence Platform.
Define platform architecture requirements with Engineering and Architecture.
Engage with law firm leaders to translate needs into personas and use cases.
Make build-versus-buy decisions balancing near-term value and long-term health.
Define success metrics and instrument the platform for adoption and performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on positioning and launches.
