Job summary

O'Dell HVAC Group is seeking a Senior HVAC Sales Specialist to lead sales to contractors and manage relationships for projects in Ontario. This remote role supports the Sudbury region, with travel for local events as needed.

Compensation ranges from CAD 100,000 to 140,000 base+commission, with uncapped upside. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in contractor HVAC sales, strong pricing and MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three years in contractor sales within HVAC.
• Strong reading of construction drawings and pricing take-offs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on quotes/bids for equipment design and selection.
• Evaluate competitive products and communicate value of O’Dell solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting with the Service Team as needed.
