Job summary

ODAIA is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will own features end-to-end across the stack, building data-rich user experiences with React and TypeScript, and designing scalable APIs that connect data, ML, analytics, and customer-facing products.

You will collaborate with product, design, and ML engineering to solve complex problems, contribute to roadmap planning, and mentor other engineers in an AI-driven development environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with frontend and backend ownership.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including frontend performance and state management.
• Extensive experience designing and operating APIs or backend services under production load.
• Experience guiding coding AI agents and owning final implementations.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar.

Responsibilities

• Own significant product capabilities end-to-end from design to deployment with minimal oversight.
• Build accessible, data-rich user experiences with React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain real-time computation services (AWS Lambda) for on-demand scores.
• Design and maintain reliable APIs and backend services connecting data, ML, analytics.
• Work across stack AWS, Kubernetes, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DuckDB, DataFusion.
• Use Claude Code and AI agents to aid development and define usage guidelines.
• Lead technical design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Mentor engineers and shape testing, observability, and code quality practices.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical roadmap decisions.
