YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to support an AI training project focused on software development, debugging, code evaluation, and problem-solving. This is a remote contractor role (~15 hours/week) with flexible scheduling across frontend and backend work, APIs, databases and code review.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Go, Rust, and Java, and comfortable translating builds between languages while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and debugging.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for quality, security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug front-end and back-end applications.
• Build features, APIs, services, and data models.
• Understand and work across unfamiliar codebases.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Translate and adapt software builds between programming languages.
