Job summary
Export Development Canada is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Lead) to contribute hands-on full-stack development across React, Angular, .NET, APIs, and cloud services. This permanent role combines coding with architecture input, collaboration with design and product teams, and mentoring of junior engineers.
The position is based at our Ottawa headquarters with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and relocation support.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on full-stack software engineering delivering enterprise-scale production systems.
- Proficient in Angular/React, .NET, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AI-enabled developer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate enterprise web applications and APIs.
- Embed AI-assisted development into delivery workflows.
- Lead code reviews and maintain code quality across teams.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure feasible solutions and UX alignment.
- Mentor engineers and guide solution architecture decisions.
