Ring Rescue is seeking an experienced Clinical Education & Training Manager to build and lead our training function as we expand our commercial organization and customer footprint. You will design and scale programs for healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams, delivering engaging content and certification across North America.

You’ll travel ~30-40% to customer and distributor locations, developing onboarding, product launch trainings, and ongoing education.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in training, clinical education, or learning & development.
• Experience with medical devices or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training for adult learners.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with LMS and training technologies.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Aufgaben

• Develop training strategy, needs assessments, and annual plans.
• Design curricula using ADDIE/SAM and author learning content.
• Deliver hands-on clinical and technical training across formats.
• Lead train-the-trainer programs to scale delivery capacity.
• Own budget, vendors, scheduling, and training logistics.
• Measure effectiveness using frameworks and report outcomes.
