Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance maintenance and workbook/source document management for CAT projects.

You will drive timely, compliant delivery of study materials, coordinate Investigator Meetings, manage licenses and translations, and prepare reports while guiding the CAT operations team and coordinating with the study Sponsor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• At least two years of team leadership or management.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness per timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend meetings.
• Organize editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Monitor data surveillance; track and report to study team and Sponsor.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report and archive all study documents.
• Assist in sponsor kickoff presentations on CAT operations; support budget discussions.
