Job summary

Talent Edge is seeking a Senior Associate for a remote role open to candidates based in Canada. You will deliver executive coaching, lead workshops, and manage client relationships with senior leaders across industries.

The role requires an ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or a graduate degree in Psychology or Education plus five years of experience, with strong communication and the ability to travel within Canada and internationally.

Qualifications

• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or graduate degree in Psychology or Education with at least five years of executive coaching or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage senior leaders effectively.
• Proven track record of coaching individuals and teams and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders with clear development goals and accountability.
• Lead team coaching programs with structured learning and follow-up.
• Translate leadership challenges into practical development plans for clients.
• Customize and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops for various audiences.
• Lead 360 assessment debriefs and integrate feedback into coaching.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and respond to client needs.
