Join the Housing Programs Servicing team, in the Specialist, Multi-Unit Servicing and Default Management position. This is a unique opportunity to help build a servicing function for Housing Programs from the ground up. In this role, you will play a key part in developing a new team dedicated to managing servicing operations, delivering high-quality customer service, and safeguarding CMHC’s interests. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of complex Multi-Unit mortgage applications. You will lead the analysis, decision-making, and recommendations related to risk mitigation strategies on a file-by-file basis. Your expertise will help identify key risks and develop innovative solutions that protect CMHC’s interests while maintaining a high standard of client service. You will also engage in direct communication and negotiation with clients to explore viable options, aiming to reach outcomes that minimizes CMHC's risk exposure and support its mission to help Canadians meet their housing needs.
This is a temporary position of a duration of up to 24 months.
