CMHC’s Housing Programs Servicing team seeks a Bilingual Senior Specialist to help build and lead a new MU servicing function from the ground up, delivering high-quality customer service while protecting CMHC’s interests.
You will provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members, ensure compliance with financial, legal, property management and policy standards, and act as the primary advisor on complex cases.

Join the Housing Programs Servicing team, in the Bilingual Senior Specialist, Multi-Unit Servicing and Default Management position. This is a unique opportunity to help build a servicing function for Housing Programs from the ground up. In this role, you will play a key part in developing a new team dedicated to managing servicing operations, delivering high-quality customer service, and safeguarding CMHC’s interests. We are looking for someone to provide strong leadership, guidance and coaching to team members to ensure financial, legal, property management and all other appropriate practices and policies are applied to servicing requests. You will provide expert functional and strategic advice and guidance to internal and external clients and will take the lead role when dealing with more complex and politically sensitive issues.
This is a temporary position of a duration of up to 24 months.
