Job summary

Signal49 Research is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive outbound prospecting and build a new pipeline for subscription‑based products. You will engage executive‑level stakeholders and advance opportunities with a consultative, data‑driven approach.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B sales, strong outbound experience, and a proven track record selling complex solutions to VP‑level and C‑suite buyers. This is a remote role fully aligned with a Canada‑based home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven record of prospecting for new business via outbound activity.
• Experience selling intangible, consultative, or SaaS‑adjacent offerings.
• Proven ability to build relationships with VP‑level and C‑suite decision makers.
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and tracking activity.
• Familiarity with digital sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound campaigns to promote subscription‑based products.
• Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions and events.
• Research prospective customers to identify decision makers.
• Use social media, email, phone and other channels to secure appointments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for account planning.
• Update tracking systems with customer data and activities.
