Job summary

Keycafe, headquartered in Vancouver, seeks a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into meetings for our Account Executive team. You’ll be the first contact for prospects across Europe, including Spanish-speaking markets, driving revenue for our global SaaS/IoT platform.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. No deep technical background is needed—just curiosity and the ability to explain how Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud platform

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience and quota attainment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to qualify leads and move opportunities through the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone and email.
• Qualify inquiries and set up meetings with Account Executives.
• Identify decision-makers and articulate value of Keycafe.
• Maintain timely follow-ups to drive conversion and pipeline growth.
