Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead digital and organizational transformations, including cloud-based implementations. You will work across projects as a thought leader, shaping change strategies and ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, train users, and mentor junior staff while navigating fast-paced client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in general management/software consulting preferred.
• Experience delivering change management work including: change assessments, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurements, and sustainment.
• Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud-based technology implementations.
• Be a champion of change on projects with customers across various practices.
• Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption.
• Train customers on the solutions and how to implement change within their organization.
• Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation.
• Acquire new technical knowledge about Salesforce features and train and mentor the team.
• Understand client culture, strategies, and change management opportunities and challenges.
• Apply organizational change as both art and science, using proven methodologies.
• Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners.
• Support a growing practice and help identify opportunities and build client relationships.
