Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead cloud-based Salesforce initiatives for Mid-Market & Enterprise clients. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating with Solution Architects, SA teams, and client stakeholders.

The role requires strong PM experience, Salesforce knowledge, and a proven ability to drive AI/digital service implementations within a professional services context. Remote work in Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in Salesforce or similar environments.
• Experience in professional services/consulting settings.
• Proven Agile project management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com as PM or Scrum Lead.
• Experience with estimation, sizing, and SOW/Change Orders.
• Ability to present functional content to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project scope, schedule, and financials for assigned client projects.
• Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions.
• Act as day-to-day client contact and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Facilitate status meetings with sponsors, team, and clients.
• Lead Outcomes sessions to define success metrics and track progress.
• Collaborate with the SA to ensure clear, traceable business requirements.
• Own user story creation and grooming with the Solution Architect.
• Support client presentations during requirements, design, and UAT.
• Coordinate end-user training readiness across client groups.
• Plan and manage CRM and AI software delivery within engagements.
