Job summary

WCAP Works, a Halifax-based agency that builds websites and runs Google Ads for local contractors, is looking for a Remote Sales Closer (commission-only, independent contractor).

In this role, you’ll handle outbound campaigns, qualify interested local business owners, and close deals. We manage contracts, invoicing, and fulfillment after the sale. You must be based in Canada and available at least 8 hours per week during Atlantic Time, with quick replies to new leads.

• 1+ year of closing or consultative sales experience.

What you’ll do

• Our outbound campaigns reach local business owners. When one replies interested, the lead is assigned to you.
• You contact them, run the sales call, and close the deal.
• We handle the contract, invoicing, and all the work after the sale.

Pay

• Commission only, no base pay.
• 15% of every one-time sale
• 10% of each client’s monthly fees for their first 12 months
• Paid monthly by e-transfer, based on payments clients have made.

Requirements

• 1+ year of closing or consultative sales experience
• Based in Canada
• Available at least 8 hours a week within weekdays, 9am to 5pm Atlantic Time
• Reply to new leads within 30 minutes during your working hours
