Job summary

Gatekeeper is seeking an Implementation Consultant to be the trusted technical contact for a portfolio of customers. You will guide them from implementation through long-term adoption, configuring core features and driving immediate value with Gatekeeper’s AI-first platform.

You will own phased implementation, translate business processes into efficient workflows, and proactively identify growth opportunities while ensuring renewals and customer success in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role supporting SaaS implementations.
• Passion for helping customers succeed and interest in SaaS customer success models.
• Experience achieving implementation milestones including Time to First Value.
• Analytical minded with data mapping and migration skills.
• Clear, professional communication in customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of established customers, acting as their key technical contact.
• Direct the full customer journey from implementation to long-term success.
• Handle configuration requests, workflow updates, and data changes.
• Translate business processes into Gatekeeper workflows and optimised configurations.
• Provide first-line technical support and coordinate with teams for rapid resolutions.
• Develop deep customer relationships to understand goals and usage needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and raise them to Account Directors.
• Support renewals with data for business reviews and demonstrate value.
• Stay updated on product releases and AI advancements.
