Job summary

Versaterm is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead full-cycle deployments of our public safety software, guiding projects from scoping through go-live. You will tailor configurations, manage plans, and mentor junior team members while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

The role requires 3–5+ years in software implementation or a related client-facing field, with preference for public safety or enterprise SaaS experience and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 3–5+ years in software implementation or client-facing role
• Background in public safety or enterprise SaaS preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Assess client use cases to tailor system configurations and delivery strategies.
• Define and manage implementation plans to meet timeline and scope.
• Facilitate client meetings and training, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior specialists and support pre-sales activities.
