Qualifications

• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities essential for handling diverse tasks.
• Sound knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards, disability insurance, medical terminology and rehab management best practices.
• Proven ability to make meaningful decisions efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative return-to-work rehabilitation strategies for plan members.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors, members, providers and internal partners to drive cases to return-to-work or resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure effective treatments for members.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including timely email and phone communications.
• Demonstrate resiliency, emotional intelligence and compassion when communicating with plan members.
