Responsibilities

• Track, analyze and present quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports.
• Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members, physicians and other health care professionals.
• Develop and monitor rehabilitation services and plans for claimants.
• Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers.
• Contribute to profitability by facilitating timely return to work for claimants.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide reports with recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings as part of the team representing Manulife Financial.
• Deliver web-based presentations to the National Rehab team on effective communication.
