Qualifications

• Regulated healthcare professional with current registration in good standing.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work in office and remotely from home.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Security clearance in good standing with government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to customer focus, integrity, partnership, and communities.
• Assess medical coordination impact on disability claim duration.
• Assess diagnostic and treatment needs; develop plans via file reviews and claimant interviews.
• Negotiate cost-effective plans to restore employability.
• Maintain ongoing claimant contact for barrier resolution and functional gains.
• Support and consult with Case Managers and Rehabilitation Consultants.
• Prepare written reports with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain electronic files and internal records accurately.
