Job summary

Qualifications

• A DEC in Paralegal Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in commercial law or contract management.
• Experience in the technology or software industry is a strong asset.
• Excellent written French and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, formatting and coordination of client and supplier contracts, tenders, amendments and renewals.
• Organize, manage and retain legal files electronically.
• Administer and maintain the CLM tool, including file creation, metadata updates, approvals and reporting.
• Prepare tracking tables, registers and reports related to contract activities.
• Coordinate electronic signature processes and internal approvals.
