Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Development Associate for a fully remote team. You will source, analyze, and execute development projects, conducting feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market research to drive growth across diverse markets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 4 years of development experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work remotely with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating development sites and investments.
• Perform market analysis including demographic, economic, and competitive research.
• Develop financial models to assess feasibility (pro formas, sensitivity).
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, zoning, entitlements, financing.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and legal teams.
