Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join a fully remote team. You will support project managers with planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from a home office.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and documentation, coordinating communications across teams, and supporting procurement processes. This is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar in construction.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Manage project documentation (contracts, drawings, permits, reports).
• Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients remotely.
• Track progress and milestones; report issues to PMs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-ups.
• Support procurement with RFIs, submittals and change orders.
