Job summary

Jobgether SRL partner company in Canada seeks a Real Estate Valuation Consultant to assess commercial real estate assets across industrial, retail, multifamily, office, land and development projects, reviewing appraisal reports and delivering data-driven valuation insights.

You will coordinate with analysts, appraisers, clients and internal teams, develop financial models, validate assumptions under USPAP, mentor juniors, and manage end-to-end valuation assignments remotely from Canada.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate valuation, appraisal, or closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies: income capitalization, sales comparison, cost approaches.
• Familiarity with USPAP guidelines and appraisal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end valuation delivery processes across multiple property types.
• Coordinate data verification, client and appraiser scheduling, invoicing, and engagement letters.
• Maintain communication with clients, analysts, appraisers, and service center teams for timely information sharing.
