Job summary

Acuity Insights is hiring for a Ratings Operations Associate to support Casper rating processes in a fully remote role across Canada. You’ll learn Casper rating basics, work with a team, and grow into more ownership while adopting AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with raters and cross-functional teams, build knowledge of processes, and help keep operations accurate, on schedule, and scalable over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Prepare upcoming rating work and complete routine checks.
• Monitor progress and respond to questions from raters.
• Investigate why something hasn’t happened as expected and update systems.
