Job summary

Acuity Insights seeks a Test Support Operations Associate to run day-to-day Casper test operations. This fully remote role supports candidates across Canada, preparing tests, monitoring sessions, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth testing experience.

You’ll learn Casper processes, handle recurring tasks, and help improve workflows with a focus on accuracy and reliability. You’ll join Acuity’s Operations - Support team, collaborating with customer success, product, and engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French with ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn Casper operations and test processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for upcoming Casper tests and ensure readiness.
• Monitor testing sessions and address issues as they arise.
• Investigate problems and support applicants during testing.
• Assist in post-test follow-up and documentation.
• Contribute to improving operational processes, including AI-enabled tasks.
