Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer to join their remote product development team. You will design and test circuits for consumer electronics and industrial applications, create schematics and PCB layouts, and contribute across the product lifecycle from concept to production.

Working remotely with a global team, you will build prototypes, run functional tests, document procedures, and help guide the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of electrical product development experience.
• Proficiency with schematic and PCB tools such as Altium or OrCAD.
• Experience with analog and digital circuits, MCUs, embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new electrical circuits and systems for consumer electronics and industrial applications.
• Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection documentation.
• Build and debug prototypes, perform functional and performance testing, and analyze results.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, software and firmware engineers throughout the process.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and explore new technologies for future product innovation.
• Document designs, test procedures, and final product specifications.
