Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen quality in our manufacturing product line. The role focuses on proactive QA planning, audits, and CAPA implementation while collaborating with dispersed R&D, engineering, and production teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, at least 5 years in QA/QC in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and SPC.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, documentation, and finished products to ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and propose CAPAs.
• Collaborate virtually with R&D, engineering, and production teams to integrate quality considerations into product development and manufacturing processes.
