You will be instrumental in providing advanced technical assistance, diagnosing complex issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' IT systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues through remote channels.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, performing in-depth troubleshooting and analysis.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate engineering or development teams, providing detailed documentation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Advise users on best practices for system usage and security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role, with a strong focus on remote troubleshooting.
• Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking protocols, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with remote support tools , ticketing systems, and diagnostic software.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
