FusionSoft, a division of Harris, is seeking a senior Project Manager to oversee customer relationships during implementations, ensuring satisfaction and on-time delivery within budget.

This remote role welcomes candidates in Canada and the US; travel up to 50%. You will coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage scope, financials, and risks.

Qualifications

• Education in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in managing software development projects through all phases.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of the project and changes to the deliverables, ensuring profitability.
• Explain implications of changes to project scope and priorities to client and management to ensure changes are understood and approved.
• Manage project financials.
• Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce the impact on project timelines.
• Provide updates to the management team and coworkers on customer/project status.

Job description

FusionSoft, a division of Harris; is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the customer relationship during implementations and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within the budget while meeting scope requirements. They will possess excellent communication skills and proven problem-solving skills.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 50%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in PST timezone.

Salary: 120K - 135K

Travel This person must be willing to travel as necessary. The position is not anticipated to travel more than 30-50%.
