Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Associate Program Manager for a remote Canada-based role. You will manage territory caseworker assignments, monitor project upkeep, and ensure protocol compliance while maintaining accurate documentation and client communications.

Collaboration with managers, training, and reporting of adverse events are essential. The position requires healthcare/pharma experience, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and fluency in English (French an asset).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar).
• RN/RPN license an asset.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain territory caseworker assignments and projects.
• Monitor adherence to protocols and document in case files.
• Communicate with clients and participate in consultations with managers.
• Identify training needs with managers and participate in hiring/training.
• Report adverse events to assigned units/departments.
• Assist and back up the manager as needed.
