Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain territory caseworker assignments.
• Handle ongoing maintenance of assigned projects and data accuracy.
• Monitor activity and ensure protocol adherence.
• Document in case files (electronic and hard files).
• Support client consultations and training with the manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of new staff.
• Identify training needs and modify program databases and processes.
• Prepare client reports and report adverse events to units/departments.
