Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Program Director to lead centralized patient support programs and copay services remotely within Canada. You will oversee KPI delivery, quality control, and change management while guiding program staff and coordinating with management, accounting, CSL, and client teams.

The role requires seven years of experience with at least five in management, plus a four-year degree and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Knowledge of reimbursement or pharmaceutical programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized resources and support programs for operational activities.
• Oversee copay processing, process improvements and KPI delivery.
• Standardize quality control across all programs and monitor delivery.
• Support program launches and provide SME program expertise.
• Mentor and manage program team members and staffing needs.
