The CSL Group in Montreal seeks a Process Transformation Specialist to lead end-to-end process discovery, documentation, and optimization. You will drive workshops, map critical processes, and recommend improvements across the organization with a focus on AI readiness and digital enablement.

Strong BPM knowledge, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and excellent stakeholder management are essential. This hybrid role supports flexible hours and collaboration with a diverse, global team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach
• Experience and expertise in business process management, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to quickly understand complex operations and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong influencing and communication skills to constructively challenge practices and drive consensus
• Knowledge of BPM, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent methodologies

Aufgaben

• Lead business process discovery, documentation, mapping, and analysis activities across CSL
• Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain process maps, documentation, operating procedures, and supporting materials
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, optimize, and enhance business processes
• Assess and recommend digital technology, automation, and AI opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes aligned with strategic and operational needs
