Job summary

LG&P is seeking a Print Program Manager to lead end-to-end print programs, from vendor coordination to on-press checks. You will set timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery for retail displays, while collaborating with designers and project managers to resolve print challenges and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Deep, comprehensive expertise in commercial printing processes, finishing techniques, paper stocks, and substrates.
• Proven production management experience handling high-volume print projects.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong design software proficiency and understanding of pre-press requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all print programs from production release through final delivery.
• Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and quality control checkpoints for projects.
• Identify and resolve production or technical issues to ensure flawless execution.
• Provide guidance on complex retail applications including large-format graphics and fixtures.
• Develop and document Print Production Specifications (PPS) with substrate compatibility and ink characteristics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to ensure value and quality.
• Carry out color management workflows and on-site QA checks to ensure brand color accuracy.
