Job summary

LG&P Agency is seeking a Print Program Manager / Buyer to transform ideas into retail-ready solutions across multiple substrates. You’ll work with print vendors, designers, and project managers to ensure programs meet timelines and budgets while upholding quality standards.

The role requires deep production management expertise, strong vendor relations, and the ability to advise clients on materials, printing methods, and cost-saving strategies. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven production management experience with high-volume print projects.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of print methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all print programs from production to final delivery.
  • Develop timelines, budgets, and quality control checkpoints for all projects.
  • Identify and resolve production or technical issues to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide guidance on large-format graphics, SEG systems, fixtures, and displays.
  • Create and document detailed Print Production Specifications (PPS).
  • Source, vet, and onboard new vendors; negotiate SLAs and terms.
  • Maintain color management workflow and QA standards across programs.
