  • Continuously monitor and report on production performance and progress.

A leading packaging manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Press Manager to oversee and guide its production press operations.

Compensation
  • $100,000 - 120,000*

Position Description

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership within the print environment, combined with the proven ability to guide and nurture a diverse team of print press operators and print production personnel.

The Press Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This includes managing a team of print press operators and production personnel, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production setting, using their leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop their team.
