MOBIA Technology Innovations Inc. is hiring a Solution Architect to work remotely from Canada. In this presales-first role, you will lead technical discovery, shape strategic solutions, develop proposals and estimates, and ensure alignment with client outcomes and MOBIA capabilities.

The ideal candidate translates business challenges into practical technology, leads technical conversations, and balances technical excellence with business value and delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Several years in client-facing presales/consulting/solution architecture roles.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and developing solutions for enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Strong cross-domain knowledge in cloud, infrastructure modernization, platform engineering/containerization, cybersecurity, data, AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand objectives, challenges, outcomes, and needs behind requirements.
• Translate outcomes into scalable solutions across infrastructure modernization, cloud, platform engineering, containerization, cybersecurity, data, and AI.
• Develop high-level proposals, statements of work, and LOEs reflecting requirements, timelines, and margins.
• Partner with Account Executives to support opportunities and position solutions within MOBIA's partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate approaches and ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handoff.
• Provide high-level delivery timelines and transition info for handoff.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to solution offerings.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
