Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a client-facing technical presales, consulting, or solution architecture role.
• Proven experience leading technical discovery sessions, developing solutions, and supporting enterprise or mid-market client engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical stakeholders and business leaders.
• Being bilingual in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand objectives and needs.
• Translate outcomes into scalable technology solutions across cloud, infra, data, and AI.
• Develop high-level proposals, statements of work, and levels of effort.
• Partner with Account Executives to support sales opportunities and position solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth presales to delivery handoff.
• Provide delivery timelines and transition information for handoff.
• Identify service-improvement opportunities and evolve offerings.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
