Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will strategize budgets, run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, and narrate performance in client calls.

You will build 90-day roadmaps and drive growth with a ROAS-focused mindset. Ideal candidates have 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, agency background managing multiple clients, and strong English for US

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships
