Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven PPC Manager, Multifamily, to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will craft budgets, bids, targeting, and testing plans, and explain the story behind the numbers on calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, track performance with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive 90-day roadmaps and ongoing account growth. Excellent English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong English on live calls with US clients.
• Multifamily or multi-location experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and quarterly client narratives.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
