Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients, including property owners and management groups with large portfolios. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience in multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the story behind the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
