Job summary

HUB International in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Licensed Sales Broker – Personal Lines to quote and sell home and auto insurance to provided leads. You will assess client needs, deliver consultative service, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced contact-center environment.

The role requires a valid RIBO licence, 2–5 years of personal lines insurance experience, and strong relationship-building skills, with hybrid work options available in Windsor.

Qualifications

• Requires valid RIBO licence or licensed as an insurance broker in Canada and eligible to obtain RIBO license.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably personal lines.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, policy structures and underwriting practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable personal lines insurance solutions.
• Manage inbound and outbound client interactions across multiple channels.
• Accurately input underwriting information into quoting systems.
• Generate premium estimates and explain coverage options, pricing and features.
• Close sales by matching client needs with insurer products.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional coverages where appropriate.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, deductibles, claims processes, and policy features.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto and property insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations.
