Job summary

Ratehub Inc. is seeking a licensed Life Insurance Broker to join our expanding team. This full-time remote role requires Ontario licensure, strong sales skills, and a client-focused mindset to convert online leads into policies.

You will receive high-quality leads daily, administrative support, and a competitive commission structure designed to reward performance with regular business hours.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Ontario LLQP license in good standing.
• Set minimumCredit Score requirement as set by the MGA.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Ability to develop and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
• Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
• Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network
