Job summary

Westland Express Insurance Services Limited is seeking a Personal Lines Digital Service Advisor. This fully remote role is open to candidates in Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will apply brokerage experience and strong knowledge of personal lines to serve clients and grow the business.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required.
• At least 2 years brokerage-based personal insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and coverages.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development (CAIB or CIP).
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule – no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospects and clients to determine and provide the best possible coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via email and phone.
• Develop new business by binding policies and managing expiry dates.
• Support clients through the claims process and renewals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve office procedures and service.

Skills

RIBO license

2+ years personal insurance experience

Personal lines knowledge

Professional development (CAIB or CIP)
