Job summary

Westland Insurance Group in Markham, Ontario is seeking an Insurance Advisor to promote and educate clients on insurance products, own client relationships, and grow the company’s local presence. The role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on client service and community engagement.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, excel at building genuine client relationships, and possess or are pursuing an Insurance broker license (CAIB/CIP).

Qualifications

• Laser-focused with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Insurance broker license or working toward CAIB/CIP; financial support provided.
• Minimum 6 months+ of industry experience preferred.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
