Job summary

Westland Insurance Group in Canada is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our fully remote team. You will promote and educate clients on personal lines insurance, manage client relationships, and help grow our presence in the community.

Candidates must hold a valid RIBO license with at least three years of industry experience, be capable of working independently, and meet production targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years RIBO license required.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting principles.
• Proven ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Ability to meet production targets while working independently.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $51,000 - $54,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

• Review renewals on a timely basis while maintaining strong retention levels
• Process policy changes and endorsements accurately through various company portals
• Support clients through the claims process while communicating accurate information to claims teams
• Collaborate with a supportive team to reach organizational goals
