Qualifications

• 2+ years as Account Manager or CSR in an insurance brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.
• RIBO licence holder.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients with guidance and expertise to strengthen retention.
• Answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, and update files.
• Cross-sell and assist with billing changes.
• Be the go-to insurance expert for clients.
