Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, continually testing and refining bids, audiences, and creatives to drive ROAS and pipeline growth. Remote role with international client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
